Returns and refunds
We want every piece from Milk Tooth to feel and look right — in fit, in feel, and in quality.
If something isn’t quite you, we’ll help make it right.
Returns
- You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
- To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and item details.
- Once approved, we’ll share simple return instructions.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange if the item’s still in stock.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on:
- Personalised items ie: printed name & number on garment/product
- Final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive something that isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] — include your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible.
